About Agbada Books

Agbada Books was founded by two sisters, Udhedhe and Ufuoma – who grew up as voracious readers and wanted to pass a love of books and an appreciation and sense of pride in African culture to their children. And through Agbada Books they are bringing African stories to children around the world.

Book Shop

From A for Agbada to Z for Zuma, this fresh alphabet book takes young readers on an exciting adventure to discover the people, places, lifestyles, and language of life in an African country. This book celebrates the rich culture, delicious foods, fascinating animals, and exciting sights and sounds of life in Africa’s most populous country – Nigeria.
